Yarn Servers

The Tensor Yarn Server applies aramid, fiberglass or polyester yarns around a cable core. There are various types depending on the requirements.

Basic Model

Tension Range: 500 – 1500 grams. This model uses permanent magnetic Hysterisis Brakes on each position. These brakes are manually adjusted at the beginning of the run. They do not compensate for package diameter. The package is held onto the rotating holder with an expanding chuck that grips the inside yarn package. An interchangeable die is mounted at the exit.
